Sr. Engineer – 5 Years Experience
Overseas execution of civil works on-site, monitors quality compliance with IS codes, and coordinates with contractors and consultants. Requires a B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering and have proven experience in RCC and finishing works.
Jr. Site Engineer - 2 Years Experience
Supports daily site activities, prepares material requisitions, and maintains work progress records. Require a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and site documentation.
Sr. Site Supervisor - 5 Years Experience
Manages labour deployment, tracks daily work output, and ensures adherence to construction schedules. A diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred, or relevant work experience supported by an experience certificate from a previous employer is also accepted. Strong knowledge of building construction sequences is essential.
Jr. Site Supervisor - 2 Years Experience
Assists in supervising construction activities, records material consumption, and reports site progress. Requires a diploma or ITI qualification with practical site exposure.
Sales Executive - 2-3 Years Experience
Manages CRM entries and follow-up, conducts site visits with clients, and works on residential and commercial unit sales. Should be very capable of communication and be familiar with the documents and procedures used in the real estate industry and RERA.
Liaison Associate - 2-3 Years Experience
Collaborates with government departments to get approvals, monitors NOC and permit timelines, and maintains compliance documents. Needs to understand the processes within the local municipality and have inter-departmental coordination skills.
Legal Executive - 2-3 Years Experience
Conducts sale agreements, title documents, and development contracts reviews, and assists with due diligence. Must hold an LLB degree with an understanding of property laws and real estate regulations in India.
Junior Accountant - 2-3 Years Experience
Responsible for Vendor payments, GST entries, and monthly reconciliations. Requires a B.Knowledge of Tally ERP degree up to proficiency and basic knowledge of accounting in the real estate industry.
